Commissioner Robert Boller is the Director of Programs at Project Angel Food, a non-profit organization that delivers food to critically ill residents of Los Angeles County that are unable to shop or cook for themselves. He is also a member of Hunger Action Los Angeles (HALA) and current chair of the Los Angeles County Emergency Food and Shelter Program (EFSP). Commissioner Boller joined LACCOA in February 2016.

Commissioner Barbara Meltzer is a native New Yorker. Commissioner Barbara Meltzer worked on the Tonight Show starring Johnny Carson prior to becoming NBC-TV’s Director of Network Creative Services.  Following that, she founded Barbara Meltzer & Associates Public Relations and Marketing Agency.  In addition to her service on LACCOA, Commissioner Meltzer serves on the West Hollywood Human Services Commission and the Friends of the West Hollywood Library Board. Commissioner Meltzer is a member of the American Society on Aging’s Ageism and Culture Advisory Council whose most recent accomplishment was the creation of Ageism Awareness Day, which is held each year on October 7th.   Commissioner Meltzer was recently honored by Congressman Adam Schiff as a 30th Congressional District 2023 Woman of the Year.  She currently chairs LACCOA’s Issues and Education Committee and serves as District 3’s Lead Commissioner.
