Services

Older Adult Services

We have created a dedicated hub for comprehensive support and care tailored to meet the unique needs of our seniors and dependent adults. We take great pride in offering a wide array of essential programs and services designed to enhance their well-being and quality of life.

Community & Senior Centers

Our Community and Senior Centers offer a diverse range of services and engaging social activities to local communities. Our Centers are dedicated to cultivating a dynamic atmosphere that encourages lifelong learning, skill development, social connection, and overall well-being.

Adult Protective Services (APS)

Adult Protective Services (APS) provides a system of in person response to reports of abuse and self-neglect about developmentally disabled adults, physically and mentally disabled adults, and the elderly (60 yrs+) who may be victims of abuse.

Homeless Support Services

APS Home Safe Program provides APS clients who are at risk of becoming homeless with homelessness prevention services necessary to maintain their current housing or with assistance in finding new housing to avoid becoming homeless and entering the homeless emergency shelter system.

L.A. Found

Los Angeles County and L.A. Found are here to help caregivers of those living with Alzheimer’s, dementia, autism or other cognitive impairments. If your loved one has our free tracking bracelet, and they go missing, we have your covered.

Transportation

Los Angeles County Aging & Disabilities Department has received funding from Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (METRO) to provide transportation throughout the entire Los Angeles County Region.
