The ADRC’s purpose is to provide a No Wrong Door service philosophy with a comprehensive network of support and services for older adults, people with disabilities, their families, and caregivers in the Los Angeles region.
The ADRC provides a range of services, including: 1) Enhanced information and referral services; 2) Options counseling; 3) Short-term service coordination; and 4) Transition services.
ADRC services are available to adults 60 years of age and older, people with disabilities, caregivers, and family and friends of older adults and people with disabilities who are seeking Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS).
