Only a Few Days Left to Shape Disability Services in L.A. County!

The L.A. County Aging & Disabilities Department (AD)  is developing its first-ever five-year strategic plan for disability services—and your voice matters.

Created with input from the L.A. County Commission on Disabilities (LACCOD), the survey will help identify priorities, gaps, and opportunities to make services more accessible, inclusive, and responsive across the County.

Whether you’re a person with a disability, a caregiver, service provider, or advocate, your feedback will directly inform how resources and programs are shaped in the years ahead.

Who should take the survey: People with disabilities, caregivers, service providers, and advocates.
